Do's and Don'ts

Do~

Arrive fresh and clean. Please do not put on perfume or cologne.

Arrive 15 min early to fill out paperwork and mellow out before your session. Feeling rushed can hamper your experience.

Contact me if you've been feeling under the weather. This is to protect your health, my health, and the health of other clients.

Fill out and answer all questions fully and honestly. There are reasons clients should not receive massage. It is for your health and protection.

Please allow a 2 week window after any vaccine, Botox, or cortisone shots (this is not a complete list, please call if you have a specific questions).

Be sure you've purchased the massage you wish to receive. If you're unsure, ask questions before your purchase. There may be a fee to change massage modalities.

Turn your cell phone OFF. Each time your phone vibrates, it only brings your mind back to everything you're trying to forget at the moment.

Drink plenty of water before and after your session. This will help you stay hydrated and flush toxins from you body.

Understand if you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

Don't~

Apologize for unshaved legs or bad pedicures. No one is judging you here.

Drink alcohol 24 hours before or 24 hours after your massage. Trust the trained professional. It's not good for you.

Arrive sick or feeling sick. We can reschedule. I have to protect your health, my health, and the health of my other clients. I will send sick clients home.

Schedule your massage with in 2 weeks of receiving vaccines or injections. Massage can actually move injections such as cortisone or Botox to other areas. It can also sweep the vaccine out of your system before your body has time to create antibodies, making the vaccine worthless.

Go straight back to work. Allow a little extra time after your session before you get back to the grind.
